General Accountabilities
Oversees kitchen staff 
Directly manages the kitchen preparation of our daily prepared meals and catering. 
Assures quality of products for sale
Assures catering orders are completed and correct. 
Responsible for inventory for kitchen needs: ingredients equipment etc. 
Responsible for the cleanliness of workspace 
Board of Health Liaison

Job Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years' experience in restaurant management
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent People skills
Spanish speaking a plus
Attention to detail
